An agent or an automation is only worth the material it is built on. This trade goes and gets that material where it already lives, without demanding that everything be redone.
Why this role
In almost every case, the information exists: in a spreadsheet, an ERP, a mailbox, a shared folder. It is simply not available to the person at the moment they ask the question.
What it does concretely
- Map where the data really lives, including outside the official systems
- Replace re keying campaigns with collection as the work happens
- Build chains that run without an interface and without intervention
- Make failures visible: a job that breaks in silence is indistinguishable from a job that never ran
On the Kabaun platform, Scope 1, 2 and 3 data arrives continuously from the systems that already produce it, instead of an annual re keying campaign.
What it is not
This is not a migration project, nor a data warehouse to be built before anything can start.
